Law in a nutshell
Anyone who makes a will has the right to revoke their will at any time, whether or not they make a new one. A will may also be revoked automatically if specific events occur. Often, the fact of revocation is clearcut. But if there is a dispute and it is claimed T’s will was revoked and therefore not valid, resolving the issue can be challenging.
